Frictional Drive Transmission Belts : Rubber

Positive drive transmission belts or timing belts are belts that transfer power by using teeth on the belt that lock into matching grooves on the pulley, so they do not slip. In general, rubber belts prioritize flexibility and smooth power transmission, whereas polyurethane belts prioritize durability, dimensional stability, and precision performance.

Flexible couplings are mechanical parts that connect two rotating shafts while allowing a small amount of movement, misalignment, or vibration between them. They help transfer power smoothly from one machine component to another while reducing wear, shock, and stress on the equipment. Flexible couplings are commonly used in motors, pumps, conveyors, and industrial machinery.
